Jonathan & Leila moved from South Africa to Australia in 2017. After 6 years of making my “special recipe” biltong for our own and friend’s consumption – we’ve decide to scale up and share with everyone what biltong was meant to be!

Straight out of the drying room

Nothing is pre-packaged! Your order will be hand picked – straight out of our drying room. All products are packed and sealed to ensure freshness during transit.

While we try to have our full range in stock all the time, occasionally we sell out. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing.

Orders are sent using Auspost Express satchels, meaning once shipped it will get to you quickly, usually in 1-2 business days.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100

Our products are perishable. We recommend eating them as soon as possible after delivery to ensure you’re enjoying them at their best. 

Your biltong will be sent sealed (unless otherwise requested) and sometimes this may cause ‘clumping’, the biltong may also appear oily. This does not mean your biltong won’t taste great! We advise removing your biltong from the shipping bag and placing it in a brown paper bag or a dry container.
